Amy Spencer Joins Cohen Mohr

Cohen Mohr is pleased to announce that Ms. Amy J. Spencer has joined the firm. Ms. Spencer will assist Cohen Mohr partner Norah D. Molnar with the firm’s policyholder-side insurance coverage practice.

Ms. Spencer has represented policyholders in a wide variety of insurance coverage cases that have involved directors and officers’ liability, professional liability, environmental liability, products liability, first-party property and business interruption, construction defects and cybersecurity.

New DoD Rule increases the domestic content requirements for certain contracts

On February 14, 2024, the Department of Defense (DoD) issued a final rule that changes the domestic-sourcing requirements for DoD procurements subject to the Buy-America Act.
