Another Security Clearance Victory

Bill Savarino won another clearance case at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA). This case involved numerous serious past security violations that triggered a denial under Guideline K. Among a host of excellent reference witnesses, Bill Savarino relied upon the expert testimony of Bob Schwalls from Dallas, Texas. The 7 hour hearing was held in San Francisco.
